Calling all exhibitors! ISDC 2013 exhibitor sign-up form is now open. Please apply through this web form. The deadline for submissions is May 15, 2013. The Exhibitor Coordinator will review your survey and notify you of your standing soon as we received and review it. Space is limited so act now.
The fee for an exhibitor's or author's table is $100.00 USD per day or $20.00 USD per hour for 6' x 2.5' table and two chairs per day. The author's book signing table will available during regular Exhibit hours. Payment will be arranged after the survey has been reviewed.

Since cocktails typically start at 6 pm and dinner at 7 p.m. (depending on the day and dinner venue), closing the exhibits and the exhibits areas at 5 p.m. makes sense so we can ensure security is prepped and ready. That will also give us enough time to prep the evening as well.
Exhibit hall set up is Thursday AM. Exhibit Hall closes at 5 pm on Sunday, and need to be clear out by 6 pm Sunday to allow for Post ISDC 2013 Party. All of our exhibitors are invited to attend. Volunteer staff will be able to assist you during setup and take down.
